As a Cyber Security Analyst within our Chief Security Office (CSO), you’ll help protect the bank; keeping our customers, clients and colleagues safe in a world full of 21st century threats. As part of a global team you’ll be at the forefront of technological innovations that defend against cybercrime, protect against fraud and help embed a holistic security culture that enables the bank to operate in a safe, secure and seamless way.
Our full-time analyst program will allow you to develop your analytical and technical skills through a variety of projects and ongoing training. You’ll have the opportunity to join one of the following Chief Security Office areas:
Security Assurance: Partner with our development teams to design and build innovative security solutions and processes to protect against a vast landscape of cyber risks.
Operational Resilience: Work to ensure that Barclays has the right strategy in place to withstand external threats and disruptions so that it’s business as usual for customers and clients every day.

Our program’s 360° training approach will support you in reaching your full potential in four ways: experiential, technical, social and fundamentals. You’ll start with immersive technical training and participate in networking events, where you’ll meet your peers and hear from some of our senior leaders. You’ll also get a thorough grounding in the fundamentals, including the latest financial concepts.

To join us, you must be a current Undergraduate or Master’s student. We'll also be looking for skill and interest in network engineering, database management and operating systems, project coordination and problem-solving, with the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technology solutions.
